START YOUR WRITING CAREER: A SEMINAR ON CREATIVITY, STRATEGY, AND PUBLISHING (1-Day)
You want to write, publish, and make a career as a writer, but where and how do you begin? Start Your Writing Career blends your writing interests with the realities of the publishing industry that will help you get published and build a career while you write the stories only you can tell.
Jay will provide guidance on making strategies that fit your writing interests and goals, teach you how to find opportunities others miss, and discuss the good and bad of traditional, indie, and self-publishing your own work.

WRITING FANTASY, HORROR, AND SCIENCE FICTION (1-Day Workshop)
Did you grow up loving Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter? Did Stephen King or Anne Rice keep you up at night? Does your mind dream of galaxies far, far away? Then you need to write literature of the fantastic! Jay will teach you the tools and tactics that authors of fantasy, science fiction and horror use to blow are minds with epic stories. Beginners and those with some experience are welcome.

BRING-A-BUDDY SHORT-CLASS (1-Day Workshop)
Do you have a friend who always wanted to take a writing class but was scared to go alone? Don’t let them! Be their writing buddy and enjoy this one-day workshop on the basics of storytelling and how to write with your own voice and Jay promises it will be a fun-two hours of writing, insight, and inspiration for everyone!

This One-Day Class Class will Meet Sunday, May 19th, 12 pm-4pm (PST) Online.
START YOUR BIG PROJECT (1-on-1 sessions)
You want to start your novel or memoir or some big idea project, but how do you from idea to practice and stick with it? Jay can help! Working one-on-one you’ll develop a strategy for writing your project with confidence and fun. You can bring ideas, samples and goals and Jay help you with structure and plot, style and research, and setting milestones for each meeting until you’re project is ready to launch.
All new clients will receive receive 50% off zoom sessions and crits until the end of June! Just contact Jay to create your own project schedule.
