You want to write, publish, and make a career as a writer, but where and how do you begin? Start Your Writing Career blends your writing interests with the realities of the publishing industry that will help you get published and build a career while you write the stories only you can tell.
Jay will provide guidance on making strategies that fit your writing interests and goals, teach you how to find opportunities others miss, and discuss the good and bad of traditional, indie, and self-publishing your own work.

START YOUR BIG PROJECT (1-on-1 sessions)
You want to start your novel or memoir or some big idea project, but how do you from idea to practice and stick with it? Jay can help! Working one-on-one you’ll develop a strategy for writing your project with confidence and fun. You can bring ideas, samples and goals and Jay help you with structure and plot, style and research, and setting milestones for each meeting until you’re project is ready to launch.
