All logos, graphic designs, courses materials and other intellectual products and property used in BREAKTHROUGH WRITING LABS classes, tutoring, and coaching are owned by Jason S. Ridler and protected by copyright. © 2021

Any participation in this service will constitute agreement of these terms.

Payments are not refundable 24 hours after the start of their class.

CONDUCT

Breakthrough Writing Lab is an inclusive space that also allows artist to explore powerful themes on many subjects, include race, sex, gender and gender identity, class and more. Respect for each other is essential, as well as the freedom to explore subject matter.

It is highly suggested that students concerned about best practices in this regard educate themselves.

CREDIT AND REFUND POLICY

CLASSES

Students have until 24 hours before class start dates to cancel their enrollment with full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel classes for any reason, but should an entire class be cancelled before the start of class, students will receive a full refund and a credit of $50.00 for any future classes, mentoring, or coaching. Should individual classes be cancelled for any reason, students receive a credit of 50% of any future class or service.

There are no refunds for the drop in classes or Write Along with Ridler.

COACHING AND TUTORING

Students must provide 24 hours notice for canceling a coaching or tutoring Zoom session. If not they will be charged full price.

Students must provide 24 hour notice for cancelling a submission deadline or else be charged a fat fee of $50.00

All monetary transactions including payments and refunds will be done using XXXX services, Exceptions will be made due to unique services and are not guaranteed.

It is understood that any participation in these services will constitute agreement of these terms.

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to terminate any students enrollment at any time for any reason. Students will be refunded for any remaining classes, at which point their access to classes and students within the schools learning platform will end. These terms remain valid after termination of any student.

We reserve the right to change this agreement as needed. A reasonable attempt will be made to notify users of said changes in a timely manner.
